On Sat. May 30 the Huron boys track team participated in the Regional track meet at Lexington High School.
Huron qualified 5 boys in three events for the State track meet which begins tomorrow at the Jesse Owen track facility in Columbus, Ohio. The team of Craig Thorne, Nick Rivera, Ben Delamatre, and Matt Lehrer qualified with a third place finish in the 4 x 200m relay. The team of Craig Thorne, Ben Delamatre, Jake Hillman, and Matt Lehrer also qualified in the 4 x 400m relay finishing second overall. And Craig Thorne qualified in the 400m dash finishing second.
