The Huron Athletic Dept., area physicians and nurses will be offering physicals for all Jr. High and High School athletes on June 11, 2009.  These physicals are for those students who will be participating in fall, winter or spring sports during the 2009-2010 school year.   Physicals will be held at Firelands Regional Medical Center, South Campus, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.  This is a one time offer.  There will be a fee of $10.00 that must be paid at the door.  This money will be donated back to the athletic department budget to be used for medical supplies.

The schedule is as follows:    5:00pm    High School Athletes
                6:30pm    Jr. High Athletes
Parents please be prompt but do not arrive early.  Students are to report directly to the main entrance of the South Campus at their assigned time to turn in completed forms and make payment.  For the sake of efficiency, please have all paperwork filled out completely and please make sure the physical form is signed by the parent or guardian.  Physical forms can be picked up at the main office during the school day.
Due to the fact that we are expecting approximately 300 athletes, any student who is misbehaving during this event will not receive a physical from us but they will still be required to get one at their own cost.
