Perkins hands Tiger Boys a loss

Last Saturday, the Huron Tigers boys team hosted Perkins in what was viewed as the SBC’s last hope to keep the Pirates (10-0 in conference) from this year’s title. Unfortunately, Perkins lived up to their reputation and dominated inside using solid ball movement to get good looks. Then, they converted them. The Tigers struggled to score in the first half and trailed 27-10 at the break. Despite a 26 point outburst in the final quarter, no one from the home team hit double figures. Senior Kyle Pisano led Huron with seven points.

Lady Tigers lose to Oak Harbor

Meanwhile, varsity squad struggled against Oak Harbor, falling by the score of 52-23. Freshman Hannah Cantrill led the home squad with nine points.
