Patricia A. (Maloney) Kentus, 82, of Huron died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky. Patricia was born Aug. 22, 1927, in Sandusky and has been a resident of Huron since 1970, coming from New York. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Huron. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed animals. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia E. Kentus of Huron; sister, Frances Hinde of Flint, Mich.; brother, Richard (Betty) Maloney of Milan; and brother-in-law, Harry Kentus of Huron. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Kentus in 2005; son, John Kentus in 1975; parents, Michael and Anna (Hydamacher) Maloney; sister, Helen Eakin; and brothers, Joe and Ferd Maloney. Friends were able to call from noon Saturday until service at 1 p.m. in Foster Funeral Home, 410 Main St., Huron. The Rev. Wanda Ray, pastor of Christ Episcopal Church in Huron, will officiate.
