The Health and Strength Gym is locally owned and family operated full fitness facility. Located in the Sandusky Plaza on Cleveland Rd. the gym consists of 15,000 sq.ft. of top of the line equipment including Cybex, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Precor. We offer over 100 individual aerobic and strength training pieces of equipment. To make your cardio workout more enjoyable we have cablevision for your viewing pleasure that features Broadcast Visions (listening to the broadcast through your own radio player). We have a 2,000 sq. ft. free weight area including small machines, power racks and a large variety of pre-set dumbbells and barbells. Spin classes are available 4 times a week in the morning and 2 times a week during the evening. We also have added 2 NEW cardio classes on Tuesday evenings along with our other classes. All of our classes are included in your membership. Check out our website for times and days. Also for our active seniors we are now a SilverSneakers Fitness Program facility. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:30 am. After your workout, enjoy a refreshing and nutritious protein smoothie from our smoothie bar. Our smoothies are made with 100% whey protein and fresh fruit can be added. We carry a large variety of energy drinks for pre and post workouts along with Gatorade and other name brands.
