Court Rules in Favor of Erie MetroParks, staff, board

A court has decided for Erie MetroParks staff and Board Members.
The plaintiffs, some of whom have repeatedly filed lawsuits against Erie MetroParks, Edwin M. Coles, Lisa A. Coles, Daniel M. Coles, Buffalo Prairie, Ltd., Robert Bickley, and Warren Jones collectively filed a lawsuit against Erie MetroParks’ current Executive Director Steve Dice, former Director-Secretary Jon Granville, current Park Commissioners Tom Dusza, Micah Vawters and Kurt Landefeld, and former Park Commissioners Kevin Zeiher, Fred Deering and Fred Nottke.
