Fisher-Titus Medical Center recently honored eight retirees who served a combined 180 years and 139 current employees who have provided a combined 1,710 years of dedicated service to the hospital and its patients. They were recognized during the Medical Center’s annual recognition banquet. ![]()
“It is through the commitment of and dedication of our medical staff, employees, volunteers and board that allow us to continue to bring new service and programs to our community,” said FTMC President Patrick J. Martin.
Those retirees being honored were: Allen Steele, maintenance, 39 years; Judy Widman, PACU, 27 years; Linda Reed, nursing, 25 years; Judith Libbee, nursing, 22 years; Marge Tonelli, laboratory; 21 years; Sonja Eaton, communications, 18 years; Pamela Harman, home health, 16 years; and Lynn Case, maternity, 12 years.
Three employees – Patricia Colvin, Laboratory; Diane Didion, EKG, Cardiology; and Jeanne M. Schaffer, Health Information Management – received recognition for 40 years of service. In addition, Mitchell Esch, pharmacy; Patrick Martin, Administration; and Rose Reineck, Surgery all received recognition for 35 years of service. Those honored for 30 years of service were: Kim Bailey, Pulmonary Medicine; Teresa Lakner, Industrial Health; Sandra Sword, PACU; and Shari Wade, Laboratory.
